Antonia Fthenakis

Antonia Fthenakis (b. 1974, NY) received a BFA in sculpture from Parsons and a MA from Hunter College. She also studied at Bank Street, the Vermont Studio Center and the University of Crete at Rethymnon. She currently teaches at a NYC public school and has taught studio arts for over six years. Exhibitions include the Cleargo Gallery, Garden City Hotel for WLIW, and the 14th Street Gallery. She received the Vermont Studio Center Artist Angel Grant and is a recipient of the Pan-Cretan Association of America Scholarship. Fthenakis lives and works in NYC.
